Liver Gall Bladder Cleanse

Mix 1 cup of finely shredded raw beets with 2 tbs cold pressed virgin olive oil or flax seed oil and the juice of half a lemon.

Take a tsp of this mixture every hour or 2 throughout the day for 3 days.

After the 3rd day, take 2 tbs of the mixture 3 times a day before meals for a week.

After the initial 10 days, continue taking 2 tbs of the mixture 3 times a day, 3 days of the week for one month.

Your liver, gall bladder and colon work together synergistically to keep you healthy. These organs overwork when you consume too much fat. To encourage bowel movements, to aid your liver and gall bladder, fresh beets are truly remarkable. (Even more so for women). This is a powerful flush for your organs!

Lemon Bath

This bath will cause high perspiration, so make sure you are well hydrated before doing a lemon bath. Dehydration may cause you to feel weak when doing this type of cleanse. A lemon bath causes elimination through skin and bowels and is important for treating viruses. Many times, the patient feels better immediately or the next day.

1. Make a cup of hot tea. Cut a lemon in half, squeeze half of the juice into the tea and drink it.
2. Take the other half of the lemon and rub the open face of the lemon all over your arms, legs, abdomen and chest.
3. After the lemon is applied to your skin, climb immediately into a hot bath for about 15-20 minutes.
4. After the bath, wrap yourself in sweats or blankets. You may continue to perspire for some time.

Note:
This cleanse is intended for the treatment of infections and boosting elimination processes in your body. As the body rids itself f waste, it remains high and makes it much less likely for infections to take hold. Infections thrive in toxic environments. When one route of elimination is not functioning properly, it calls for help from the body and other organs and systems begin to help with flushing waste. (lung infections, urinary infections, sinus infections etc.) Improving elimination processes removes the extra load from the infected tissues and organs, allowing your body to fully concentrate its efforts to fighting an infection.
